Restorative Dentistry
Restorations (Dental Fillings)
We perform resin (tooth-colored) dental restorations which are bonded to your teeth in order to provide a tight seal. This protects the tooth as well as allows for more conservative dentistry in comparison to the old amalgam fillings. Crowns Crowns, aka, “Caps” are restorations made by our lab or in-house CEREC system of out porcelain and/or metal. These are used in situations when the teeth need something stronger than a filling to reinforce them from breaking. Bridges Bridges are like “crowns that are connected together” and are used to replace missing teeth. They are a great option that is not removable and feel more comfortable than partial dentures. |
Root Canals Root Canals are performed when the nerve of the tooth becomes inflamed or dies away. A tooth may or may not hurt when it needs a root canal but the process is the same. Removing the nerve from the inside of the tooth and sealing the channels that it occupied helps to prevent you from feeling any pain with the tooth any more and clears up infections around the roots of teeth. Dentures We offer a variety of options to provide you with the best fitting custom dentures possible. Dentures can be held in place with implants to support them and increase your function. Partial Dentures Partial dentures come in many different designs and materials depending on your individual needs. A great partial denture is natural looking and increases your ability to chew. |
